These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of Techenex's website, online marketing, and software development services. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Techenex provides online marketing, digital advertising, web and software development, and related consulting services. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements or proposals.

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for service delivery.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials.

• Fees for services will be specified in your agreement or proposal.
• Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice, typically 15 days.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or additional fees.

• All content, software, and materials provided by Techenex remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
• Client-owned content provided to us remains the property of the client.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, except as required by law.

Techenex is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

• Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the agreement.
• Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and liability survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
